TAECHORA(태초라, taechora.com — 서클 서바이버·서클 디펜더·서클 메이커 등 웹게임 시리즈, 이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 아래 원칙에 따라 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다.

회원가입은 선택입니다. 가입 없이 모든 게임을 전부 플레이할 수 있습니다. 가입 시 현재 기기의 게스트 기록이 계정으로 이관됩니다.
실명, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 기기 고유번호, 광고 ID를 수집하지 않습니다. 광고·추적 도구·쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 결제 기능이 없습니다.
회원가입 시 「만 14세 이상입니다」 자기확인을 받습니다(거주 국가 법령상 기준 연령이 더 높은 경우 그 기준을 따릅니다). 가입 없는 게스트 플레이는 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
기록·계정 정보는 Supabase(데이터베이스·인증, 대한민국 서울 리전)에 저장됩니다. 사이트는 Vercel(글로벌 CDN)로 제공되어 접속 처리 과정에서 이용자와 가까운 국가의 서버를 경유할 수 있습니다. 임의 식별자·개인 기록·설정은 이용자 기기(localStorage)에만 저장되며, 브라우저 데이터 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.
계정 정보는 탈퇴 시까지, 게임 기록·피드는 서비스 운영 기간 동안 보관합니다.
이용자는 자신의 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다. 게스트 기록의 삭제는 닉네임과 기록 시간을 알려주시면 처리합니다. 확인 후 지체 없이 처리합니다.
탈퇴 시 이메일 등 식별 정보는 파기하고, 게임 기록은 익명화하여 유지합니다(닉네임은 "이름 잃은 원"으로 치환). 완전 삭제도 요청할 수 있습니다.
비밀번호는 단방향 해시로만 저장하며, 데이터 쓰기는 서버 측 검증 함수를 통해서만 이루어지고, 모든 통신은 HTTPS 로 암호화됩니다.
수집한 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 5항의 처리 위탁(호스팅)만 존재합니다.

Signing up is optional. Every game is fully playable without an account. On sign-up, this device's guest records are linked to your account.
No real name, phone number, location, contacts, device IDs or advertising IDs. No ads, no trackers, no cookies. There are no payments.
Sign-up requires a self-declaration that you are 14 or older (or the higher minimum age required in your country). Guest play collects no personally identifiable data.
Records and account data are stored with Supabase (database and auth, Seoul, South Korea). The site is served by Vercel (global CDN), so requests may pass through servers near you. Your identifier, personal bests and settings live only in your device's localStorage and disappear when you clear browser data.
Account data is kept until you delete your account; game records and feed entries for the life of the Service.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your data at the address below. For guest records, tell us the name and record time. We act without undue delay.
On deletion, identifying data (email etc.) is destroyed and game records are kept anonymised (your nickname becomes "A circle that lost its name"). Full erasure is available on request.
Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, all writes go through server-side validated functions, and all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
We never sell or share your data with third parties. Only the hosting processors in section 5 exist.

登録は任意です。登録なしですべてのゲームを遊べます。登録時、この端末のゲスト記録がアカウントに引き継がれます。
実名・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・端末固有番号・広告IDは収集しません。広告・トラッカー・Cookie を使いません。課金はありません。
登録時に「14歳以上です」の自己確認を求めます（居住国の法令上の基準年齢がより高い場合はそれに従います）。ゲストプレイは個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。
記録・アカウント情報は Supabase（データベース・認証、韓国ソウルリージョン）に保存されます。 サイトは Vercel（グローバルCDN）で配信され、利用者に近い国のサーバーを経由することがあります。 識別子・自己ベスト・設定は端末の localStorage のみに保存され、ブラウザデータ削除で消えます。
アカウント情報は退会まで、ゲーム記録・フィードはサービス運営期間中保有します。
開示・訂正・削除・処理停止を下記連絡先に請求できます。ゲスト記録の削除は名前と記録時刻をお知らせください。確認後、遅滞なく対応します。
退会時、メール等の識別情報は破棄し、ゲーム記録は匿名化して維持します（ニックネームは「名を失った円」に置換）。完全削除も請求できます。
パスワードは一方向ハッシュのみで保存し、書き込みはサーバー側検証関数を通してのみ行われ、通信はすべて HTTPS で暗号化されます。
第三者への販売・提供は行いません。第5項の委託（ホスティング）のみ存在します。

Registrarse es opcional. Todos los juegos se pueden jugar sin cuenta. Al registrarte, los registros de invitado de este dispositivo se vinculan a tu cuenta.
Ni nombre real, teléfono, ubicación, contactos, identificadores del dispositivo ni de publicidad. Sin anuncios, sin rastreadores, sin cookies. No hay pagos.
El registro requiere declarar que tienes 14 años o más (o la edad mínima superior que exija tu país). El modo invitado no recoge datos identificables.
Los datos se guardan en Supabase (base de datos y autenticación, Seúl, Corea del Sur). El sitio se sirve mediante Vercel (CDN global), por lo que las peticiones pueden pasar por servidores cercanos a ti. Tu identificador, récords y ajustes viven solo en el localStorage de tu dispositivo.
Los datos de cuenta se conservan hasta que la elimines; los registros y el feed, durante la vida del Servicio.
Puedes solicitar acceso, rectificación, supresión o limitación del tratamiento en la dirección de abajo. Para registros de invitado, indícanos el nombre y la hora del registro. Actuamos sin demora indebida.
Al eliminar la cuenta se destruyen los datos identificativos y los registros se conservan anonimizados (el apodo pasa a ser "Un círculo sin nombre"). También puedes pedir el borrado completo.
Las contraseñas se guardan solo como hash unidireccional, las escrituras pasan por funciones validadas en el servidor y todo el tráfico va cifrado por HTTPS.
Nunca vendemos ni compartimos tus datos. Solo existen los encargados de alojamiento de la sección 5.
